Serbia's foreign debt "around EUR 26 billion"

26 billion divided by 7 million is 3715 euros per person in debt... Nice way to rob and extort your own people. I guess that is why they needed the bigger Serbia, to extort more from all.

Of course, thanks to sj's prior distinguished contributions here we all know the calamitous financial situation of the West, US and every other country which has recognized Kosovo and there is no need to regurgitate it :)

After Milosevic was eventualy overthrown the new leadership conducted a complete aduit and discovered over one Billion dollars was unaccounted for.

Milosevic responded by confessing to "DEFENDING MY PEOPLE" by attacking Slovenia,Croatia,Bosnia and Kosova.
