"Brussels agreement should be implemented in full"

Brussels calling for 'implementation'??? What a laugh. What this means is that they expect the Serbs to implement the deal to the letter and let the albanians do whatever they want as long as it is not too flagrant and causes Brussels to loose face.

These brick faced bureaucrats love using clever language to cover up institutional and political corruption at the highest levels. Of course, it takes two to tango and Belgrade does a very nice tango when it receives its orders from the US, UK & De.
