I think that the three key factors necessary for the economic recovery comprise a defined role of the state in the market, introduction of equal rights of game for all and a more efficient public administration as a service of citizens and economy. Serbian government began an institutional changes in the economy and finance that will show effects in the long term. It is also continuing talks with the International Monetary Fund. The positive assessment of the World Bank is an incentive for further progress and development of Serbia.
