I take it that this BS is just internal Serbian politics... Since Kosovo is under UNSCR 1244 and not Serbian law, obviously, what Serbia's Constitutional Court decides has the same impact on Kosovo as the decisions of, say, Zimbabwe's Constitutional Court.
