New round of Brussels dialogue on elections

The technical dialogue between Belgrade and Priština dealing with forthcoming local elections in Kosovo began in Brussels on Wednesday.

I don't think it will come to an agreement, because the Albanians will look at all the ways to obstruct agreement. Well, they do not even respect the Brussels agreement, but interpret it as they conform. I often have the impression that the Albanian delegation goes to Brussels only by protocol.
