No Serbs should be voting anyway and should continue to live as they have the past 14 years! If a Serb wants to vote and doesnt want to recognize Kosovo independence they could Try to alter the ballot but my guess is that any Serbs that vote are Kosovo independence supporters like dacic or vucic or nikiloic. Usually a ballot is spoiled if there are multiple votes or crossing out of all options not cutting a logo out!

Kosovo's Albanians over CIK are trying all possible ways to break the Brussels agreement. First, they are changing numbers of enrollments of Serbs and Albanians with the right to vote, and now ballots wont be status neutral, as it was intended. These conditions for Serb participation in the elections are unacceptable because they don't want to vote on ballots with marks of Kosovo.

You obviously know nothing about the Brussels agreement because it says regarding the local elections in Kosovo: "The ballot paper will have the logo of the Central Election Commission and will be the same for the entire territory of Kosovo".

So much for Pristina breaking the agreement.

Classic sabotage Kosovo's Albanians. It is expected of them. But ... It is amazing that the Albanians insist on violating the Brussels agreement, and that the EU is tolerated. Even the European Commission decided to start pre-negotiations with Kosovo. What about the rights of minorities, vanished and killed Serbs? It is shameful!

It's always been bizarre that the republic of Kosovo central election commission logo was not considered a state symbol of Kosovo. But Serbia agreed for the Kosovo state symbol to be on the ballot to get better eu chances! Serbs can't vote without recognizing they are in an independent republic of Kosovo. So they should not vote or if they feel they have to because a relative is running or something they could bring scissors and cut the logo or a magic marker and block the logo. All Serbs who participate in running the elections can cut the logo out themselves.

Brian,

I like your idea. Of course if the Serbs follow your suggestion they will invalidate any ballot that is altered in any way. I do hope they are stupid enough to take your advice.

So sad, too bad

Err, isn't the removal of all kosovos fake symbols a key factor that was agreed to, and signed by thaci (aka, the snake)? Typical albanians, they only lie when they open their mouths.

If you vote on a ballot which bears state insignia then by default you recognize that as your state as your own.

Maybe Vulin can strap his boots and figure this one out for his voters.

And all those votes will be counted as invalid if anyone touches anything on them. You guys allways said that Thaçi is not tellin Albanian the truth but Thaçi did say every time they will have state logo and once again its the serbian politicians that are keeping serbs away from the truth and the reality.
