All Serbs Must vote on "republic of Kosovo central election commission" ballots and therefore support and recognize Kosovo independence. Serbia wants to be in the eu and supports republic of Kosovo as 63% say Kosovo is independent and 67% say eu membership. Serbia officials must go so Serbia can be in the eu just like they had to appoint an ambassador who is now learning Albanian dejan pavicevic.

Montenegrin from alternate reality where serbia isn't aggressively campaigning for all Kosovo Serbs to join Kosovo institutions and vote on republic of Kosovo central election commission ballots and Serbia is somehow not one of the biggest supporters of Kosovo independence as shown by ambassador dejan pavicevic

Serbia is ready to cooperate with officials from Kosovo and from Brussels, which is a mediator in the negotiations. Serbia is still trying to establish a good cooperation but Kosovo's officials deny it. I hope they will rationally approve Vucic’s and Vulin’s visit to Serbs, so they can once again demonstrate that they are willing to discuss and cooperate with everyone.

"It is very important that Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, or any of the other top officials, should be in Kosovo prior to the elections, because it could be a crucial moment for those who are reluctant or unwilling to take part to, after all, participate in that process," he said."

Completely false. As the events show, in the eyes of Vucic, the importance of Serbs in Kosovo voting and of Vucic going there to convince them is less than the importance of having one man's spoiled wishes (Vulin) accomplished. By choosing not go, Vucic chose to support Vulin's immature behavior over the Serbs voting in Kosovo. Dacic instead did the opposite. He went to Kosovo and met with the Serbs there. He did not care about a guy who takes pleasure in smuggling himself in Kosovo inside another minister's car trunk.

If the number of serbs voting in Kosovo is large, then the serb politicians will not have any reason to complain about the security of serbs in Kosovo.
I think the more serb voters there are, the worse for Serbia's political agenda of trying to undermine the situation in Kosovo.
It looks like slowly but surely the serbs in Kosovo are starting to accept Kosovo's institutions, accepting the reality and moving away from Serbia.

The first question is why would any Serb want to take part in the election? second if any Serb wishes to vvisit Kosovo who the hell is going to stop them?
