If you're referring to investing in Croatia's poor journalism and a whole lot of hot air, there's little Serbia can add that Croatia doesn't monopolize. But I guess ever since Croatia expelled more than 10% of its population and realized large parts of their ethnically clean Domovina are economically broken and deserted, whatever help they can get from their neighbors will be a welcome assistance.
