"Serbia has not fulfilled Croatia's conditions"

Croatia has no right to demand any conditions considering history !.

For a country pushing the envelope on how far they can go with the fascist apologetics before it gets uncomfortable, for a society that celebrates ethnic cleansing with horrid neo-Nazi music, and for a state that little more than three months into its EU membership has already annoyed most if not half the organization, Croatia is in no position to "demand" anything.

Croatia{S} conditions? Conditions? Is that a Croat word for "DEMANDS"? Tell "Pukesic" to stick it where the sun don't shine!

And what are these conditions Mrs. Pusic ?!

If i was in Croatia's place i would never withdraw lawsuit against Serbia after suffering from Serbia in the war.

The genocide lawsuit should be withdrown from Croatian side without any condition ateched,it will be intresting how EU reacts to the situation being the master , it is time now to go foward not live in the past and get on with life for every ones sake .

Sometimes I ask myself: Where is a justice for all refugee? Unfortunately, I am afraid that all open issues (such as denial of housing rights, compensation of damage and disruption of court proceedings against Serbs whose houses have been renovated, but in which they did not reside) wont be solve soon. It is shameful that a genocide lawsuit initially filed by Croatia against Serbia.

It's unbelievable that a country that vehemently supported Hitler and comitted genocide twice, once in WWII and again in 1995, and has been rewarded twice - once by Tito and this time by the German run EU and the ingorant yanks - and has never ever paid a cent for this, and is in fact proud of this genocidal history...it is truly unbelievable that they have the gall to accuse the victim of genocide. This takes a true psychopath, someone with zero conscience, zero ethics, zero morals. It takes pure evil. But hey, that's Croatia.

Serbia do not withdraw the lawsuit,add another lawsuit against Croatia for the GENOCIDE they committed against the Serbian people in World War 2 with their allied Germany.

For 50 years the Croats were forced to listen to uneducated Serbs on Communist Corporate salaries. This is a new era in the Balkans and now the Serbs must listen to its new master or never step foot in the E.U.

A lawsuit by Croatia? Of course, the Croats get backing from their powerful allies in the Vatican. How else would Croatia even consider the fallacy of a lawsuit against Serbia, knowing the sordid track record of their Croatian Catholic extremists in the 1940s and again in the 1990s? It is a unique hatred those Croats have of anyone not of their religion, but being Christian Orthodox Serbs, Jews and Roma. Goodness, that should be common knowledge. All we have to do is check the population stats. of the independent country of Croatia, today. What they massacred for in the 1940s, they achieved in the 1990s, using the same tactics. So, again, a lawsuit by Croatia?

Sounds like a case of the Croatian pot calling the Serbian kettle black?? Me-thinks these Croatians owe Serbians a very big apology and that's just for starters. There is far more they need to do before the Serbian nation could consider accepting such an apology. I think we all know who the REAL victims were.

The Serbs will listen as we will veto at anytime which will leave Serbia in a black hole for many years to come. Who were those fools that said being part of the axis was a mistake. Even todays Serbs spend there holidays in sunny fascist Croatia, whats that say about your kind.

Did Croatia do the same????? I guess not, but it still joined EU. How is that possible that country with terrible record with minorities, those that they did not kill or chased out of the country, joined EU. Where is the justice. I guess, this is reward from their friends for help with extermination of its minorities during WW2 and 90's.

"Serbia has not fulfilled Croatia's conditions"These are the typical Croatia's demands rooted back in Stjepan Radic time.Issues of genocide on both sides should be resolved in International Court of Law.With out judicial decision the issues of genocide on both sides would never die.Beginning with March,1941 to present time,this bloody period between Serbs and Croat must have judicial closure.
