Something about your comment sounds fishy. No person has the right to enter a country that he is not a citizen. He must go through the proper procedure. If the authorities find the applicant has broken the laws or customs of said country, he may be refused entry. This is a universally accepted practice. Serbs are not exempt from this practice.
The person who is the connection between serbs in Kosovo and Belgrade is Serbian ambassador to Kosovo dejan pavicevic. Vulin is minister of Kosovo independence and voting on republic of Kosovo central election commission ballots.
