What Ghali and some others have said, I have mentioned, agreed and supported many times before. A similar Yugoslavia maybe, but definitely a group to combine with the same format. Maybe a few years away but my vision is it's possible.

I think you could possibly get some agreement for a federation of former Yugoslav Republics provided Serbia was not included.

Yugoslav dinosaur is dead and never to reappear.

Reconciliation begins with Serbia apologizing to all victims.

Compensation to all vicitims by Serbia.

Peace and stability is possible once Serbia is made to account for their actions.

Serbs taking responsibility would be a very positive step.
