The North Kosovo Serbs are pretty much self governed. They are allowed up to 3.5 tons with of tax free goods per waggon from Serbia. Many used to recieve two wages for the same job. And they are allowed to get away with murder, quite literally.

Maybe because Presevo was never a part of Albania while Kosovo was a part of Serbia and the albanians have all the same rights as other minorities in Serbia.

Sorry, dear, but whether they are Serbs or Albanians, they are all Serb citizens. Therefore all Serb citizens, whether they live in North Kosovo or Presevo, should have the same rights, regardless of ethnicity. Don't you agree that all Serb citizens should have the same rights?!

If this was 1999 or maybe 2001 you would be 100% correct, but this is 2013 going onto 2014 and this is a very different world where the main perpetrator, the US, is no longer the power as in the past. Just look at Syria and what has gone on there. Obama was being pushed into a war by the military complexes and Jewish lobby. So he sent it to vote and the response was a real eye opener – One Democrat said that “we don’t have the money to repair the damage done during Katrina in New Orleans let alone other infrastructure that is falling apart and we are closing schools, hospitals and reducing police forces throughout the country and now we should go to a war the has no end”. What was even more interesting the same politician said that “if we do not win within three months of starting this war our economy will collapse as we cannot sustain a long term campaign”?

Yeah I know of him, he's an American Serb who lives or lived in Belgrade (if he thinks that's bad try living in London - its the definition of a place that sucks) though I can't agree with him, I have more sympathy with where he is coming from than with the others. After all he is not a Lenard the Ustase or a 'Brian.'
