What about the hundreds of thousands of displaced Albanians from Kosovo (300,000 in Germany, 200,000 in Switzerland and 100,000 in Macedonia) who were forced to flee from 1990 to 1999, should they be allowed to vote in the local elections as well?

They are not prevented from going back anytime they want. Why aren't they going back? There are no more Serb army personnel there. What is preventing them?

Maybe their homes have now been occupied by Albanians who came to Kosovo from Albania? Their homes are certainly not occupied by Serbs.

Can you answer any of these questions?

"“The internally displaced persons should be enabled to vote in the local elections in Kosovo,” the Serbian government's media relations office quoted Dačić as saying during his meeting with Beyani."

Dačić said that the United Nations “need to seriously consider this issue and, in collaboration with international missions and the provisional authorities in the province, try to improve the conditions for the return of internally displaced persons.”

Because the EU and the US doesn't give a damn about a single serb or other in Kosovo and simply refuse to do anything meaningful under the excuse "because those albanians are too stubborn". From the European Council, to the European Parliament, European Commission, European Capitals and the US captial, they deny EU 'Rule of Law', human rights and liberty rights for Serbs and non-Albanians. Just a few million euro blood money to go live else where and shut up.

EU Dude,

After what Serbia did to its neighbors in the wars of the 1990's, how can Serbs expect to be welcomed anywhere.
