What lists are there? How many? Any ties with parties in Serbia proper? Who are the leaders? What is their program? B92 could certainly do a better job in providing this useful information rather than the dates between Dacic, Thaci, and Ashton.

What did Dacic achieve exactly? Because Pristina's posistion is exactly the same as it was before the meeting.

I guess if Pristina's position is exactly the same as before this last meeting, then Dacic didn't achieve anything.
But, if there are any changes, then it's fair to say that Thaci gave in and Dacic scored.

Pristina's position before the meeting was that no one could come, let alone enter, Kosovo. Ashton's pressuring of Thaci got him to once again relent on something he and his government regarded as final and permanent (a specific embarrassment for Hoxhaj in particular).

Now we hear speculation that Belgrade officials can only visit the north, which I think is confusing. If Albanians think ALL of Kosovo is theirs, then Belgrade officials visiting should be allowed to visit everywhere. Giving them carte blanche only in the north once again proves Pristina's lack of authority and legitimacy there in preventing Serb officials from influencing the community and perpetuates the idea that Kosovo is partitioned if not de jure at the Ibar then certainly de facto.

However with the additional piece of information that officials will only be able to visit monasteries, Gracanica is thrown into the equation, so Serbs from the surrounding areas in Gnjilane can travel to Gracanica. The only thing it seems to prevent is access to Strpce, but if videos of Serb electoral rallies there were any true, they don't need to convince that audience to participate.

I'm sure that once Dacic, Vucic, and Nikolic travel to Kosovo, some flareup will result from the local Albanians causing yet another unnecessary problem. But let's see what happens.

Something tells me that Dacic was telling big fat porkie pies when he told the media that his meeting with Thaci was "one of the most successful meetings in Brussels."

I think Dacic was trying to present himself to the media as "victorious" following his meeting with Thaci... I don't think he could be any further from the truth!
