Don't trust this kacin fellow one bit. Kosovo has never been further than us and he is telling us about decentralisation ! Couldn't be more insensitive. They are now using Vojvodina to pressure us. They are following their plan for us, Albanians buying up property in nis for ridiculous prices with drug money. It is all documented.
