The real problem is not recounting history but how you attempt to rewrite history which will take volumes to undo reality. But I do trust you are up to it as you have proven that you are a master at fiction.

Nice... Another great victory for heroic Serbia; the last in the string of victories since the famous one in 1389. Serbs now can happily go to the polls.

No the point is don’t open your mouth if your going to make yourself look like a fool and Thaci the Clown certainly has done just that.
(sj, 9 October 2013 12:06)

I'm not sure what Thaci the Clown has done, but I certainly don't consider you a clown or a fool because all I did was to fully support your post as a very nice one describing very well what a great victory for heroic Serbia it was; the last in the string of victories since the famous one in 1389. Serbs now can happily go to the polls for the joy of all of us.

To provide a detailed history requires more than 1500 words and as there is a word limit so I cut a few corners. My point that every agreement is written on paper which sets out procedures and that has happened since day one. Nothing has changed. This Brussels agreement is more like a rope around Thaci’s neck. Every time he doesn’t play ball it will be tightened. You see there is a little fascist nation that would like most of that agreement ignored but if the EU guarantees it then it stays – always remember for every give there is a take and as everyone knows Kosovo needs Serbia more than the other way around. If you don’t believe that then how many industries have been relocated to Kosovo since 1999 by your western allies??????
The conversation would have been very civilised and it would have been pointed out that a certain section of teh agreement has to be implemented after which Aston would have put on her size 17 boot and kicked Thaci in the you know where. Thaci comment “Government of Kosovo will seriously consider every request for visit by Serbian officials, but that it will not allow visits of election character, but only those that have religious or similar character” is simply trying to remove egg off his face as Dacic is going to Kosovo next week to do exactly what the Thug said could not be done.

sj,
You have a unique way of remembering how things are. Serbia did not sign on to let Eulex in and there was no agreement. If you remember Serbia insisted that Eulex be "status neutral" and use the laws that were created by UNMIK. However from day one Eulex said they would be using the laws enacted by the govt of Kosovo.
It has always been the practice that the officials of Serbia would submit a REQUEST to visit Kosovo to first UNMIK and then EULEX, they would in turn courier that request to Pristina and await an answer and then courier it back to the Serbian govt.
Wasn't someone like the President of Serbia not allowed to spend Christmans in Kosovo last year??
And I am sure that the conversation went something like this, by not allowing Serb officials to use their resources to get Serbs to vote in the fall Kosovo elections they might lose a huge bit of support from the EU, and that should Dacic/Serbia decide not to sit at the talks table with Kosovo, they will be sitting out in the back yard for some time to come.

When Boris Tadic signed on to let EULEX into Kosovo, part of that agreement was to let the “Pristina authorities” know which (politicians/government officials) were visiting Kosovo. That has been the practice since that time and nothing has changed.
“Thaci said that "all Serbian officials will be allowed to come to Kosovo if they meet the official procedure and submit a request......."
Now why aren’t the Albanians celebrating this statement? Because NOTHING has changed as “Pristina authorities” means EULEX. There are elements in the EU that are desperate for Serbia to recognise Kosovo, such as Nazi Germany, but the inept are easily overcome. As I said before Ashton put on her largest boot and Thaci the Thug got several up the arse.

Thaci must've finally given in.
(brussel sprout, 8 October 2013 16:50)

Very unlikely. Check the facts first. Ivica has to get a permission from Thaci first, and he has to stay in line what he says publicly when visiting Kosova. I am all for it with this agreement.

So basically the Fourth Reich and Priština have told Dačić that he and his colleagues can enter their own province only with official permission from the separatist Albanian administration. Another great compromise; well done quislings!

Typical sly plan of serbian leader:
1. Shake hand of enemy
2. Get money from west
3. Get money from Kreml
4. Get money from Turk
5. Cancel agree with enemy
