It was always a wrong move to for Albanians not to want serbias leaders to go to Kosovo to campaign for Serbs to vote on ballots with he rokcec logo on them. Many Serbs agree and have expresses a Serb can not vote without explicity endorsing Kosovo independence because the rokcec logo is on the ballots and the Albanians control the elections.

Everything you said has happened. Thaci agreed to allow Serb officials to visit and campaign in Kosovo. Both sides should be happy.

And yes, Brussels is the one pulling the strings. Belgrade and Pristina are basically along for the ride.

Serb officials should be allowed to come to Kosovo to encourage SErbs to vote in the Kosovo elections. The ultimate goal is to get as many to vote as possible. These are municipal elections and it is important for the leaders to have legitimacy.
I believe that there will be some type of agreement for limited visits that should satisfy both sides. The important thing here is that it will be an agreement between the two sides.
I am sure that most Serbs here will revel in the fact that "Brussels" made the Albanians to allow the Serbs to visit, if it happens, but it will prove only one thing, that it is Brussels pulling the strings in both Pristina and Belgrade.
