Belgrade wants "normal conditions" in Kosovo elections

Serb War Criminals will never be tolerated in the election process in Independent Kosova.

Normal Condition means only Kosova Citizens can participate.

Ethnic Serb War Criminals belong in the Hague to face justice.

BRUSSELS -- Belgrade is intent on ensuring that Serbia's citizens in Kosovo have "normal conditions for participation in the forthcoming local elections."

If they are casting the ballot on elections organized by Kosova government, it's obvious they (Serbs) are not Serbian citizens!

The headline reads, Belgrade wants "normal conditions" in Kosovo elections?
Well then the Serbs should stop ambushing & murdering EU & KP members!!! Stop detonating explosives in northern Kosova! Normal conditions exist thru-out the rest of Kosova! It is time to reign in the Chetnik thugs, that are so desperately trying to cause chaos in the north of Kosova!

--You mean like that time when the state of Serbia decided to deny the right to vote to every single K-Albanian for a constitution that claimed them as its own citizens? Ironic how one can pass a document claiming a group of people to be citizens, claiming all citizens have the right to vote, yet deny them the right to vote for that very same document. Only in Serbia.
