Milovan Drecun said on Tuesday that Belgrade "could be forced to reconsider" its call to the Kosovo Serbs to vote in the upcoming elections in the province.

They could but they won't. That single action would probably push back EU talks a couple of years at the least. But they will do everything they can to portray that low turnout is due to actions of Pristina, and that they should not encourage the elections but they are: You know the I am the better person game.
