All registered citizens of Kosova must excercise their Constitution Right to vote.
KOSOVAR -Serbs need to participate to be included in government in proportion to their percentage of population.
I doubt Serbs have "200,000" as some allege.
More like 60,000.And out of that maybe you get 40,000 over 18 voters.
If Kosovar-Serbs vote as a block their 40,000 could mean a difference.
