You must have stayed up all night writing this because I have no idea what your talking about and frankly I think neither do you.

No problem, don't sweat it. I was replying to (sj, 30 September 2013 12:41), not to you so don't stress yourself with thinking too hard.

I’ve been to that region many times and I can tell you that you don’t even need papers to go to Serbia as the administrative boundary is so porous it’s not funny.
(sj, 2 October 2013 00:37)

I certainly believe you that going from your Malaysia to Serbia you don't even need papers.

But you as Always Believe what you want, second serbia didnt loose 4 wars. In Slovenia it wasnt even a war, in Croatia vrsk fought and in Bosnia vrs won the war, remember Republika Srpska?[link]

Ok good, Serbs won everywhere, including Kosovo. Not sure then why they always complain of being the victims...

Now my little Albanian this is what was signed. All Serbs need is ID documents issued by Belgrade and not Pristina. What your rabble travel with is of no concern or interest to me. Yes your rabble do stamp Kosovo documents, but not for Serbs.

The result of the four wars of the 90's that Serbia lost speak for themselves. Serbs had the highest percentage of deserters. The last time I checked it was the Serb army that was evacuating Croatia and stepping over Serb civilians who were ordered to leave by Serb authorities.
(The Count of Kosova, 29 September 2013 18:24)

Of course if you Believe the croat propaganda maybe you should take a look at other videos that clearly shows how the croat army is bombing and shooting at at unarmed civilians that are trying to flee in dvor na uni. But you as Always Believe what you want, second serbia didnt loose 4 wars. Passports are stamped not checked at borders. All they look at is ID cards.
(sj, 30 September 2013 12:41)

I wonder why passports are not stamped when somebody enters Belgrade, but probably that happens already and I'm not aware about it. Does your legendary Malaysian friend know anything about that ?

To all who think that Kosovo province is actually a state:

Question: which state is not allowed to have an own army because international institutions say so?

Spain? Sweden? Chili? Norway? Montenegro?

Why then are passports checked if it is not the border of two countries. Caught in another feeble lie!

sj,

My Kosova passport is always stamped when I leave or enter Kosova at the two newly agreed on border crossings between Kosova and Serbia. And, i'm sure your passport is also stamped if you enter or leave at those same recently established border crossings. However, I somehow doubt you've ever been to either Kosova or Serbia.

The only army Kosovo needs is one strong enough to keep Serbia in check until NATO allied troops can get into position. Anything more would be a waste.
NATO has made the commitment of security in Kosovo and they do take it seriously.

Today Kosovo is subsidised to the tune of 100% from EU coffers just to survive and if our Albanian friends think that Brussels will borrow more to create an army then boys think again.
(sj, 28 September 2013 10:58)

I have doubts about the above because somebody called sj has already proven in these forums with very convincing analysis that the EU is broke and has run our of cash.
----------

It seems that one of the prolific Albanian propagandists on this is wetting his pants over “Pristina controls the police in the north...” by having a single Albanian amongst all Serbs??? This is a token position and Pristina does not appoint the Serb commander, but agrees to the appointment and it has to be a Serb not an Albanian.
(sj, 28 September 2013 10:58)

What's the problem with having a Serb commander? Kosovo citizens of Serb ethnicity are certainly entitled to hold commanding positions in the Kosovo Police. Not sure why for some Serbs a police commanding officer from a minority ethnicity sounds outlandish.
----------

On the issue of so called border guards, well considering there is no insignia, nothing to tell that its Kosovo or Serbia these guys are there as toll collectors nothing more and nothing less.
(sj, 28 September 2013 10:58)

Ok, that's good. Tolls are being collected. You can keep the labels - nobody has objections regarding that :)

You are probably right about Kosovo Security Force never being a real army. But then again why do they need one? NATO is not planning on leaving anytime in the near future and by that I mean 25 years or more.
Before they do though the security of Kosovo will be insured.
NATO is not interested in creating the ability of an aggression against Serbia anymore than it is going to allow a Serbian aggression against Kosovo. The timing is not right to create an Army in Kosovo, at least not until Serbia discontinues its claims on Kosovo territory.

sj

What Rasmussen is purported to have said is probably right. There will be no army simply because who will pay for it? Today Kosovo is subsidised to the tune of 100% from EU coffers just to survive and if our Albanian friends think that Brussels will borrow more to create an army then boys think again.
It seems that one of the prolific Albanian propagandists on this is wetting his pants over “Pristina controls the police in the north...” by having a single Albanian amongst all Serbs??? The Brits, French or Germans are not going to closes schools or hospitals to pay for a Kosovo army. Does any Albanian here understand what it costs to maintain an army?????? No boys you have to burn those Albanian economic textbooks on planting money trees and waiting a couple of months for money to grow.

It's irrelevant because pristina has total control over the police in north Kosovo and appoints and controls it's Serb commander and Albanian deputy. Ksf army meaningless. It controls thr police and will control the CSa as well.

Kosovo does not need an army and cannot afford an army. The Pristina "authorities" enjoy the protection of NATO, because Kosovo is now a Nato Colony. A Kosovo army is some silly dream of Albanian nationalists who want one because everyone else has one, and not because they need one, or are capable of paying for one. Maybe Nato will "let you" go fight in Afghanistan, or Syria if the time comes?

Old news. That's less important than the fact that the KSF won't even be allowed to enter Serbian municipalities once the Assembly is formed. Particularly in the north.

Passports are stamped not checked at borders. All they look at is ID cards.

I wonder why passports are not stamped when somebody enters Belgrade, but probably that happens already and I'm not aware about it. Does your legendary Malaysian friend know anything about that ?

Now my little Albanian this is what was signed. All Serbs need is ID documents issued by Belgrade and not Pristina. What your rabble travel with is of no concern or interest to me. Yes your rabble do stamp Kosovo documents, but not for Serbs.

I’ve been to that region many times and I can tell you that you don’t even need papers to go to Serbia as the administrative boundary is so porous it’s not funny.

Ok good, Serbs won everywhere, including Kosovo. Not sure then why they always complain of being the victims...

No problem, don't sweat it. I was replying to (sj, 30 September 2013 12:41), not to you so don't stress yourself with thinking too hard.
