There is no "federal" government in Serbia, since Serbia is not a federation. As in regarding to Belgrade, this was a long time coming. I don't understand what Djilas was thinking. So he expected that he can attack and accuse the prime minister at every turn, and then that the same prime minister is going to keep him in power in Belgrade? Don't understand what his strategy was.

EJB, you are a puppet, please be quiet. How about we check why the federal government in Serbia is spending so much money, and the national debt is out of control? I think that is just as, or if not more, important than Belgrade's finances. All I have seen from the ruling coalition government in BG is diversion politics - they divert attention to someone or something else, as opposed to answering why their performance for the last 18 months has been so poor. Whatever really, Serbian politics is as sleazy as it gets.
