I don't know how any reasonable person can expect a fair trial in the clan based culture of impunity that exists in Albanian dominated Kosovo. It's like putting Adolf Hitler on trial in Nazi Germany. Farcical. The Hague 'tribunal' is long discredited. The Haradinaj circus proved that. A political inquisition meting out Western retribution, set up by NATO to exonerate Balkan allies and punish the Serbs. As long as KLA cut throats remain beyond justice Kosovo will stay what it is; a rotten backwater and an outlaw province.

Criminals must have a name....but not for the sake of it naming an innocent.
