The collective rights of the Roma population will be fully exercised once the official use of the Romani language is ensured.

@ida. that's a good question. from a quick search i was unable to find any european nation that officially recognized the romani language.
seems that serbia has a bit more humanitarian trend than the great nations of france (who are constantly trying to kick out their romani), or the uk, or germany. the humantarian havens of bosnia, or albania don't recognize romani either.
go figure that serbia would show europe how to be inclusive of its minorities. perhaps serbia has learned from its past, and those other loud mouthed nations haven't yet.
