Remember there are video's showing how Albanians forced them out. After that NATO peacekeepers have to erect barbed-wire fences around the Serb enclaves guarding them with tanks. There is no such thing as a "justified" retaliation. The retaliation makes you exactly the same as the Serbs you want to bring to "justice", it makes you the perpetrator of the same crimes. Take this for example someone murders your wife, and as a "justified retaliation" you murder his wife which had nothing to do with your wife's murder it makes you no better than him, no different, even worse so if the murder is already sitting in jail awaiting trial like Milosevic was. These weren't Serb suspects but Serb civilians, most of them peasants, which were physically forced out of the province by an organized group of Albanians (whether KLA or not), those who remained were brutally murdered and their homes burned. Ask yourself, how are you any better than the Serbs, remember they also used the same phrases "justified retaliation" and "those killed were terrorist suspects"?

So in 2004 where the KLA went on a rampage and burned the homes of Serbs forcing the out of Kosovo was fugitives of justice fleeing on their. Remember there are video's showing how Albanians forced them out. After that NATO peacekeepers have to erect barbed-wire fences around the Serb enclaves guarding them with tanks. Fleeing on their own indeed.

Serbs murdered over 12,000 that even your Human Rights Director Kandic confessed to.

Don't you think many of the Serbs perpetrators of these murders and rapes evaded justice just as NATO and Kosovar Department of Justice took over?

If you want to compare Yugoslavia with South Africa, you would be closer to the Whites since you were 5% of Yugoslavia and had self-rule, as did everyone in South Africa which was a federation similar to Yugoslavia with a tri-party system.

Anyway its not the Serbs that miss Apartheid but the Black South Africans since before they were the African America, now they are just another poor, failing, third world African country like every other country on the continent.

There is no such thing as a "justified" retaliation. The retaliation makes you exactly the same as the Serbs you want to bring to "justice", it makes you the perpetrator of the same crimes. Take this for example someone murders your wife, and as a "justified retaliation" you murder his wife which had nothing to do with your wife's murder it makes you no better than him, no different, even worse so if the murder is already sitting in jail awaiting trial like Milosevic was. These weren't Serb suspects but Serb civilians, most of them peasants, which were physically forced out of the province by an organized group of Albanians (whether KLA or not), those who remained were brutally murdered and their homes burned. Ask yourself, how are you any better than the Serbs, remember they also used the same phrases "justified retaliation" and "those killed were terrorist suspects"?
