NATO is the same organization that won't help Serb civilians in Kosovo despite all their soldiers there.
If NATO stands by watching Serb homes and fields burn, why should Serb join in missions with them.
What's left out is the cost to Serbia for the missions. Serbian taxpayers foot the bill for their police and soldiers in these missions.
