Not that I am against Serbian-Bulgarian cooperation, I think its the best thing for both countries. However there shouldn't be cooperation with Bulgaria whilst Bulgaria is a run by an ass-licking mafia government which only cares about its own pockets and is prepared to do anything to destroy the country i.e. selling off all its assets to Western billionaires so they themselves can live in their mansion, joining the EU and NATO, recognizing Kosovo against the will of the Bulgarian people, I don't know about Serbia's government but that basically sums up Bulgaria's government. Otherwise I am in full support of cooperation between the two countries.
