Someone tortured and killed the Serbs but everyone tried was let go so who did it? Just because the evidence is gone doesn't make these people innocent so saying how they were found innocent is inaccurate.
It's amazing how evidence and witnesses disapper when it comes to testifying against these Albanian criminals. Coupled with sympathetic EULEX there is no way anyone will ever do any time for killing Serbs. Nothing stays the same and the day will come when they will answer for their crimes.

shouldn't this case have been under the juristiction of the icty instead of pristina directly?

wake up and smell the coffee. Limaj was tried in Hague, and was found innocent of all charges. Where have you been till now?

It was tried at the ICTY and acquitted and appealed and acquitted and then tried by a lower court in Kosovo and Acquitted and then tried again and acquitted.
Unless new evidence is discovered it is doubtful any new trials will render a different verdict (except in Serbia, of course)
