This report hasn't provided any conclusions (have you read it).It does, however, establish that a chemical attack took place on the 21st of August but they found no means of determining which side had handled or deployed them.The fact the attack originated from the Syrian government controlled area doesn't prove that Assad's forces are responsible for it or Al Qaeda do not operate inside those areas.If that was the case how does one explain the number of suicide attacks against Syrian military and civilians in Damascus alone?

I accuse Ban Kin Moon for being a Western lapdog because back in may 2013 when the Turkish security forces arrested two Al Qaeda members with two kilos of Sarin he refused to investigate(under pressure from the West).This week a court in Adana Turkey issued indictments against six Al Qaeda members for alleged possession and use of chemical weapons.Furthermore,Ban Kin Moon also refused to investigate the use of CW in Allepo.

Now,if rebels were found to have used CW do you think that Obama would've bombed the rebels?His crocodile tears over "the poor Syrian children" was just propaganda bullshit and intended to achieve regime change as ordered by the Saudis.

The UN is not fit for purpose.

The funny thing here is that the UN report clearly states that it did not assign blame to who used the gas only that it was used.
Russia does not dispute the gas was used but calling the report biased????
