The Serbs of Kosovo should know that whatever Serbs are obliged to do to mollify Albanians, we know that they do not submit to Albanian authority. Nobody can make the Albanians there look like they are really in charge of anything.

Not so suprising. You have to keep in mind that you can get arrested for wearing T-Shirts with Cyrillic letters or for waving Serbian flags in the independent, multi-ethnic, democratic state of Kosovo where minorities have more rights than anywhere in the world.

P.S: Kosovo Albanians who fly Albanian flags, on the other hand, are never arrested, though doing so they clearly show that they don't respect the constitution of the independent stat of Kosovo.

I'm curious if in the next Kosovo elections the word 'Kosovo' has to be removed from parties names or replaced with 'Kosovarian', too.

More likely it will be called the "Civic Initiative of the Territory that is Designated without Prejudice to Positions on Status, and is in Line with UNSC 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of Independence.’

"CITDPPSLUNSCICJOKDI" for short :)

Minister Without Portfolio in charge of Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin described the commission's decision as a bad political signal.

"In coordination with the Serbs in Kosovo, we will accept that decision, unwillingly, but we will accept it because we wish to run in the elections, because... we will not allow someone else to decide in our name," Vulin stated.

Al,

You just did!
You really ought to improve your reading comprehension.
