U.S. ambassador says Vučić "won't become dictator"

The fact that DS leader Dragan Đilas can attack First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vučić in the media is not a sign not of dictatorship, "but just the opposite."

You have to keep in mind that Vucic is the leader of the strongest party in Serbian parliament. Though the ruling coalition handed over - for some strange reasons I'll never understand - the prime minister position to Dacic, it's clear and only natural that the person who pulls the strings in this government is Vucic.
