Serbia looks to borrow "USD 2-3 billion" from UAE

Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić has said the country expected to take out "a very cheap loan from the United Arab Emirates (UAE)."

During the 1990's Serbia had issues with Moslems but after starting and losing 4 wars they now beg Moslems for a financial bailout of their bankrupt regime.
