I hope it relates to the topic but I recall from 8th grade to high school that when some students announced "We're getting a supply!" that was the catchphrase for the class having a temporary supply or substitute teacher. Why would students make such an announcement? It's because some students would have a "field day" in testing the limits of a supply teacher so therefore these students regarded it as fun in being disrespectful to a supply teacher. In fact when I was an 11th grader I believe a supply teacher was driven to tears by some disrespectful students. Finally although it's slightly disrespectful I always found it funny that back in junior high school that a supply teacher asked a student "What is your name?" The student replied "Bob" ( Dale was his actual name) the teacher became skeptical and paged the principal's office and announced through the loudspeaker something like "I'm sending someone(or a student) to the office who says his name is Bob." If necessary to mention but my former 8th grade homeroom teacher labeled him the "class clown" which shouldn't be much of a surprise.

They are completely responsible for their behaviour. They are victims of the kind of neglect that the importaion of western culture has had on these irresponsible parents ,and I use that term parents very loosely. They obviously have set no example to these feral kids who will now go through life behaving like this and actually think it's ok. Prison awaits them in the future as sure as night follows day. Very sad.

It's good to see that the authorities are looking at the parent's role in this. They should feel some responsibility for their children's behavior.
