Serbia's meddeling in Kosova's affairs by illegaly financing 4 ethnic Serb enclave neighborhoods and their so called "leaders" to operate as outlaws must not be tolerated by the EU.

Serbia must be made to understand that EU will never allow unstable troubl making countries such as Serbia to ever qualify under current misguided policy.
