Ivica Dačić says the dispute concerning the "Citizens' Initiative Serbia list in local elections in Kosovo "should be resolved through talks with the OSCE."

Serbia has nothing to do with these elections, so what Ivica trying to say? I hope ordinary Serb citizens are aware that politicians will say anything what suits them, and not tell the truth to its citizens.
