All sides committed crimes but the US is only interested in punishing one.
Any excuse to attack the government.

Too bad Russia put a spanner in their works.

Belgian hostage and FSA supporter, Pierre Piccinin released by syrian rebels last weekend heard the rebels talk of how they were behind the gas attack.

Syrie – Communiqué 10 September

...

No, but bombing civilians, attacking hospitals and (likely) using chemical weapons) as it was done by Syrian government constitutes a war crime according to UN definitions
(Comm. Parrisson, 11 September 2013 21:02)

It seems to me that you follow the script to the letter, the same one that contains a template for press conference demagogy,Assad is a brutal dictator, killing his own people ,using chemical weapons and UN war crimes.

Most of the people killed in Syria are members of Assad's security forces and foreign mercenaries and not civilians who are kept hostages in war zones by Al Qaeda. With regard to the usage of chemical weapons the US has failed miserably to produce any evidence even to its own congress forcing some members during the debate to describe the evidence as "wishful thinking".

The false flag of chemical weapons has been used by the US and the West throughout history when it suited their geopolitical goals. What did the US do when Saddam blatantly used gas against Iranian troops in the 1980s?They did nothing because it suited them at the time as Saddam was their man in the region. Then they suddenly remembered Halabja (1988) in 2003 when it suited them to.

In 1999 number of civilian objects were deliberately bombed in Serbia by NATO, including several hospitals.
Can you help us name some war criminals? I'll leave it to you.

This I have to comment...

"The document urged a political solution to the civil war in Syria and called on other nations to stop the transfer of weapons because there was a significant risk that they would be used for serious violations of international law."

Today's article in Toronto Star indicates that US will do just the opposite...

"Defending one's country against US trained and Saudi financed jihadists doesn't constitute a war crime."

Defending one's country against US trained and Saudi financed jihadists doesn't constitute a war crime. The real war criminals behind the carnage in Syria are the US and its puppets in Europe and Middle East. With Al-Qaeda now among its allies, and US-armed coup masters secure in Cairo, the US intends to crush the last independent state in the Middle East: Syria which is being in the planning for some years.General Wes Clark is more revealing:
