Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina sign extradition treaty

Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selaković and his Bosnian counterpart Barisa Čolak on Thursday in Belgrade signed an agreement on extradition.

Danilo always misses the point. The fact is Serbia has an arrest warrant out for both Divjak and Ganic so they should be extradited, if they want to prove that they are innocent they can do so in court.

That's not the way it works in the civilized world (not sure how it works in Serbia). In the civilized world, the prosecution has to prove that somebody is guilty; the accused has no obligation to prove that he or she is innocent.

The fact is Serbia has an arrest warrant out for both Divjak and Ganic so they should be extradited, if they want to prove that they are innocent they can do so in court. I suppose you support the attitude of expecting Serbia to hand over every person with an arrest warrant out on them but Serbia doesn't have the same right to demand the extradition of those they have issued arrest warrants for.

why Jovan Divjak? Over the Dobrovoljačka Street incident?

The one where he's on video shouting in the radio, "Don't shoot! don't shoot!"
