In every place in Kosova be it a small town or a big city with or without any Serb minority in them everything is
written in Serb and Albanian language!!!
Serbs have committed massacres and genocide on Albanians in Kosova and we are trying to do everything possible
to make you feel at home and integrated and what Serbs do? They do not recognize us they still want to rule over us
same as in past!!! So the conclusion of a sane person is that Serbs only respect Force just like in Croatias case.

Arber, you better hope the Kosovo Serbs boycott en masse because otherwise, you'd better prepare yourself for concessions and compromises that make this design of the electoral ballot meaningless in comparison.

The only thing that can be on the form is the name of the Central Election Commission, because the Kosovo government is not the one organizing the elections, but the Central Election Commission, especially since the OSCE is involved as well, Vulin noted.

CEC belongs to Kosova government, and NOT Serbian government. Beside, , I don't see the map of Serbia anywhere, ONLY Kosova map. You can call it status neutral or what ever you wish Mr. MIB.
OSCE is only overseeing and helping out , but not organizing the election.

If that's true, why would you feel the need to write about it on Serbian portal? Stop spinning the public. The only thing that is recognized and signed is the Brussels agreement, and as far as I know, there is no talk about any kind of independence in it.
