Aleksandar Vučić has stated that the country's biggest problem was inertia that led it in a tragic direction, but that the government has managed to break it.

I don't think there is even one, just one, matter in which the whole country can rally and support it. People energy is spent during the maladministration in the last 10 years. Its amazing how Vucic manages to hold on to its rating in these circumstances.
