FM: Priština not respecting deals, UN must stay

I watched the UNSC session live and I must say that; 13 UNSC members were pro Kosova, including China.
Russia and Azerbaijan, including Serbia had same text. It look like one person wrote the text for these three countries.

It is amazing that Serbia continues to embarrass itself in the international arena by saying things that can easily be disproved.
He talks about the 19 killed in 2004 implying these were Serbs when only 8 were Serbian and 11 were Albanian. Then he says that no court proceeding has come from the 2004 riots. There have been over 200 court cases with almost 150 Albanians convicted of crimes related to the riots.
He again mentions the secret lists and Eulex has said over and over again there are no "secret" lists.
He then says Pristina violates the agreements that monies collected at the border crossings are to go to the Development fund of the north, the agreements do not specify how this is to be done so Kosovo govt develops a legal framework to do so and that is violating the agreement??
But apparently the bulk of the UNSC members did not buy the flim flam rhetoric.

Once again, the Serbs are thoughtful, respectable and well informed on indisputable facts. The Albanians, idle and pampered. The choice is clear.

Questioner, would you mind pointing out the part of UNSC1244 that says anything about a "mutually agreed" anything?? It is amazing how many people (Serbs) and quote 1244 without ever having read it.

"Hoxhaj called on the UNSC to implement tangible measures so that Kosovo could claim its place in the family of free democratic countries. "

Why should the mafia state of Kosovo ruled by a government that came to power by massively faked and manipulated elections should have a place in the family of democratic countries?


"He underscored that it is high time for the UN to discuss removing Kosovo from its agenda and adopt a new resolution that would recognise the progress made so far."

As long as the Kosovo problem is not solved the way it was mentioned in UN1244 ('... a mutual agreed solution is found) and a lot of tasks for UNMIK mentioned there (like return of displaced persons, creating a safe environment for people of all ethnicities) are not at all completed, why should the UN remove Kosovo from its agenda?

Once again, the Serbs are thoughtful, respectable and well informed on indisputable facts. The Albanians, idle and pampered. The choice is clear.
