I'm surprise KFOR hasn't yet invoked humanitarian intervention principles (R2P Responsibility 2 Protect) to march these Serbs at gun point to the polls. Brussels clearly thinks that kosovo serbs are too stupid to accept the glorious albanian future waiting for them as shoe shiners and boot lickers to Pristina and need to be persuaded to accept by any means necessary. Human rights and democracy for everyone except Serbs who don't follow the West's line.
