Thaci, take note...Serbia has just as many if not more economic issues as Kosovo has at the moment. Of course the Serbian leadership could of took the irresponsible route and pay for the new highway from taxes collected from it citizen, however the leadership to the route that most responsible leaders in developing countries do by getting credit extended from a very key ally. BTW out of all the countries that recognize Kosovo as independent, who out of them will lend or extend credit to Kosovo to build the new North South Highway???

None, its a stupid idea that will not benefit the average Kosovar, except the one involved in the construction or procurement of materials.
