This article is funny.This cowboy wants to lend 250,000,000 dollars to Serbia at Vucic's request(yes I bet). That's only $25 roughly per inhabitant of Serbia!! The price of a couple of pizzas in the EU!! How is that going to solve anything? The solution to Serbia's problems does not lie in hands of the World Bank or the IMF. It lies in the hands of the people of Serbia.They need to knuckle down and work bloody hard and get themselves out of the mess. Taking money off these asset-strippers and fly-by-night profiteers only leads to enslavement of the country and it's peoples to the whim of these parasites. They don't have any money either they are just printing it,it's worthless. The west is bankrupt toooooo!!!
