True to the very nature of Serbs, the agreement process was a sham, once the EU announced the green light, Serbia has been making excuses and blaming Pristina in order to not live up to the agreement. When serbia agreed That pristina would run the elections they of course knew that they would make sure all voters knew they were voting in republic of kosovo! Nothing in Kosovo has been based on the agreements, Kosovo has not been promised any aid etc based on the Belgrade-Pristina talks, Kosovo has not gotten anything in advance and then backtracked on the agreements, Serbia has.
As for the amnesty law, what would you like to mention? It has been passed, do you have any knowledge of one person who has been arrested for crimes covered by the amnesty law????
