"Belgrade meets commitments, Priština standing in place"

Can he name an instance where Serbs are being arrested for crimes covered under the amnesty law?? I highly doubt it or it would be all over the news. Everyday a Serb politician comes out and claims Serbia is doing everything and Kosovo is not honoring the agreements, but in reality it turns out that the only agreements Pristina has not honored is those made among Serbs made among themselves outside of the talks.

New day. Twaddle. Even the interim institutions say rump Serbia are fulfilling their obligations re the elections, the most important part. You guys are a joke with no legitimacy. It is frankly embarrassing what a backward way you do business ess. We are the power brokers, and it is time you realised it. Anyway, compared to other civil wars, Kosovo was an absolute non event. Few thousand killed, mostly Serb, and you still go on about it. Grow up.

Come outside Serbia and look around for a while and take an honest look at life. Only a closed minded Serb would ever claim that mostly Serbs were killed in this minor civil war. It was never a civil war it was ethnic cleansing campaign.
Serbs are busy in words only not actions. The only arrest in the north has been for war crimes which were not covered by the amnesty law. You notice you are not getting any support from the EU on your claims that Pristina is not living up to the agreements. Everytime they have had to clarify something it has turned out that Serbia was wrong.
By the way not from Kosovo, not Albanian not Balkan, just got involved through the UN mission only.
