"A policy that does not take reality into account has not chance to succeed. I will not be the premier who will lead wars that are lost in advance"

Wise words but not original, they are copied from Tadic who copied them from Djindjic who was among those who threw Dacic and his former boss out of office some ten-thirteen years ago. And the irony is that Dacic compared himself to Djindjic a just few months ago. Where is our friend Zoran to comment on this confusion? Zoran, if you read this you are needed, come back.

Can any Albanian provide that deed or even proof that they were there before Serbs arrived?
I mean proof not just you guys saying it.

Let's say Albanians can't... Can Serbs provide proof that they arrived in Kosovo before anybody else ? I mean proof, not just you guys saying it.

"A policy that does not take reality into account has not chance to succeed. I will not be the premier who will lead wars that are lost in advance," he was quoted as saying.

The sentence above sums it up... Ivica is clearly a traitor. A patriotic Serb would love to lead a war that is lost in advance so he/she can be sure that will be celebrated for hundreds of years by the Serb populace like the famous lost battle of 1389!

You sound like you are the owner of Kosova land, but yet, unable to provide the deed to the property.

There is nothing defective about Albanians, they are as capable as anyone to govern themselves, but not yet and not anyone else on land that does not belong to them.

If the Albanians control the earth why are you on a Serb media site posting it? There is a lot more to this than your paid rantings mate.

But I love how you guys try to portray this magic Kosova as the pinnacle of freedom and democracy with a high standard of living when in fact it’s the worst place in Europe.

Oh the Serbian police commander was appointed by Serbs not your Albo drug peddling trash from Pristina.

Hey how many industries have moved to Kosova? A couple of weeks ago the US Ambassador was at an official opening of a factory owned by a US company in Serbia - why didn’t they open one up in Kosvoa? Albanian simpletons are easy to fool.

Dacic plays a very odd role in all this. He was the one who signed the agreement that got Serbia it's date. We still wonder what happened when he "initialed" that document. Was he a genius, or was he a tube?

But there is a sense that Serbia is finally on top of all this. If Serbia were to control Kosovo now, police and all, Pristina included, what would it be doing? The truth is, it wouldn't be doing anything that much different than it is now. Albanians would still be governing themselves and Serbs in Kosovo would not stand to be governed by them. Some sort of order would have to be negotiated with the Albanians.

Dacic shouldn't have summarily announced disagreeable Serbs in Kosovo would be sacked. A poor of choice of words? A bad English translation?

If the Albanians want to believe that Kosovo is some kind of independent state, they should be encouraged in this fantasy. Serbian dignity is not offended by the simple meditations of Albanians. Nobody with any sense really wants an Albanian run state in Kosovo. But the Serbs need to do something to keep the Albanians from the tantrums to which Albanians are currently prone.

There is nothing defective about Albanians, they are as capable as anyone to govern themselves, but not yet and not anyone else on land that does not belong to them.

Because the official Serbia government policy reflects recognition of Kosovo independence opposition to state policy actually reflects what serbias constitution is. Dacic nikloc and vucic and vulin are all about treason and having election for an independent Kosovo sanctioned association of serbian municiPalites which abolishes all Serbian autonomy in Kosovo because only Kosovo law is allowed. Albanians already choose the serbian police commander! Albanians run the asm not Serbs. The asm abolishes all Serbian autonomy.

Finally you learned a lesson not to get into a fight that you will end up a big time looser. Good for you.

Dačić then stated that the government "will not ask Serbs in Kosovo to take part in the elections if ballot papers bear the insignia of 'the Republic of Kosovo'."

Now , hold your horses liar. I don't care what insignia is written, but the bottom line is that; elections are being held according to Kosova LAWS.

Interesting to see Dacic have this speech during Rankovic memorial considering Rankovic was one of the most anti-Albanian politician that was ever in office during Yugoslavia.
I suppose current Dacic government plays a fine line between Serb nationalism and the need for an European liberalism.
I wonder how long this will last. I have to say that Dacic is really a "snake", not in bad meaning. He is smart and decisive and no matter how sometimes he talks from his a..s, he has really grown on me.
