Phytosanitary inspectors arrested in corruption case

The police placed eight phytosanitary inspectors under arrest on suspicion that they abused official position to incur damages to the Ministry of Agriculture.

This is just business as usual in Serbia. Every single pore of Serbian society is corrupt, and what's worse, government agencies are without a doubt the dirtiest. Fish stinks from the head, it's not these inspectors that should be prosecuted, but the heads of their ministries, and up.
