Doubts over claims of "status-neutral elections"

While government officials claim that the upcoming local elections in Kosovo will be status neutral, the opposition and some analysts say this is "nonsense."

He elections aren't stays neurrtal! They are held undEr pristina law. A few years ago they were election under Belgrade law. Association of Serb municipalities is a pristina institution. The laison officer is an ambassador. dejan pavicevic is am ambassador. Any Serb that votes believes in kosovo independence.
