On the contrary, UNMIK 1244 says that Central and local elections have nothing to do with Serbian constitution. These guys must their own version of 1244!!!

They think they can play all the sides. They think that somehow their whining will always take priority in Serbia. They are bullying the very own country they claim to belong to, Serbia, until are left in the hands of fate.
The usual Serb attitude, "All or Nothing" which has left the Serbs wandering around looking for solutions for centuries. Until to this day, this nation has no unity, no clear national goal, except to occupy as much land as possible. But really, what are Serbs in North of Kosova think they will ever achieve? K-Serbs in the north will simply left without a voice. They have exploited their position for two decades now, a generation of parasites has grown in that part of Kosova and political manipulation has become a real profession.
