EULEX: There Are No Secret Indictments

EULEX announced that it could confirm that there were no secret or sealed indictments in the courts in Kosovo.

So, we are supposed to believe that there are no secret indictments because "there is no legal basis for that". Since when has that stopped the major powers from doing whatever they like? The Americans will tell you that no suspected terrorists are held on Diego Garcia but I'll wager a goodly sum that they are. Furthermore the whole purpose of a secret is not to tell anyone about it so the statement is almost pointless.
